Short Story-Rough Draft Complete

Whew! It has been a long time since something grabbed me and wouldn't let go until I put it all down on the page. Now comes the fun part, editing and shaping and make this little baby shine. I really like this story. It's got a great theme and premise to it. Even though it will be about 5000 to 6000 words once I polish it up.

Strange but I felt compelled to vomit the whole thing onto the page, to get it written down, like it might disappear if I didn't hurry.

What I'll do with it? I don't know. Maybe I'll give it to Meghan for Christmas.
