Well, one day down and thirty more to go

Okay...as an update for myself. Finished two sections on Spells today and I got more accomplished than I'd hoped. I actually combined half a scene from the the old plot in with the new if that makes any sense at all. So grand total today on Spells was total word count of 2705.

Boxers actually only got one section done but I'm still happy with it. It came in close to the same. Right at the 2000 mark. Only one section. Most of my sections are running from about 6 to 8 pages in length double spaced, courier font.

So one day down and 30 more to go...laughing! It's like a game with me so far. I've already told my family what I need to accomplish these goals. Not sure I have their total buy in yet but I've explained how grumpy I'll be if they don't help me do this.

So I did all that work and I cooked supper! Holy smokes, I'm on a roll. I've kept a time management diary the last two weeks. I'm not telling you how much time I spend playing or goofing off. Let us just say that as fast as I type, I shouldn't have any problem finding the time or meeting my goals. The hard work has already been done. The plotting, the character work. There will still be some research needed but I will complete the research in the later drafts. Right now I need to get the bones of the story down and on paper so I have something to work with.

Btw...I was Anne of Green Gables in that test quizzy thing everybody was doing but damn it I'm not posting it. I'm tired of being the poster child for Ms. Nice girl. Ick! And I AM NOT as annal rententive as Anne with an 'e' either.
