Wow! I survived! I feel kind of bad writing that as poor Earl bore the brunt of this long day. Bless his heart, he got poked and prodded all over the place. But he was really funny coming out of litho. I asked the infamous Dr. G if he bottled that stuff and could I please have a refill. He was infinetly sweet. I love my Earl! Big lug that he is...*smile* and he is feeling oh so much better tonight if a little bit sore.
I swear me and Mapquest are gonna brawl. I was such a good girl. I printed out instruction on how to get to the hospital last night and everything. Yes, we got lost. And yes, if we didn't have onstar I would probably be somewhere in Gastonia right now still looking for that darn hospital. Why is it that they must put hospitals downtown where no one can find them? Can someone please answer that question for me. I mean do they really think you NEED all that stress before a procedure? Well, that is an essay for another day. We finally made it at about 7:30 a.m. Want to know when they finally took him back? Yep, 11:00 a.m. I didn't think the poor man was ever going to get any relief. But alas they took pity on the poor soul and hopefully they have fixed him. At least he doesn't have to go to work tomorrow!
So I have been up since 5:00 a.m. took Earl to the hospital, got home at 2:30 p.m. then had to go to the bank to cash my check from the day job, on to Eckerds to get his drugs, and finally food. I thought I was going to pass out if I didn't get some nourishment. So got back home at 3:30 fed the pocket muncher and then was back out the door at 5:30 p.m. leaving Earl sleeping peacfully to go and partake of new school orientation. After that was done I finally got back home at 9:30 p.m.
I am tired! Wow, so tired. I think even my pinkie toe is tired. Oh and in that two hours I was home today did I mention that I returned phone calls for the day job? Oh yeah! It's official I'm insane.
Whoops, Janie's on the phone...ending now.

Hope things are better at your house! Things have been crazy around here lately. But, I am surviving. At least, right now, my foot isn't hurting as bad as it was and it is time for me to call it a night! More later.
