Moving work stuff here...

Well, I decided to move all my writing posts to this blog. It's been neglected for a while and I hate to bother other non-writerly or non-readerly people with my boring bashing my head into a wall because I'm a moron and can't get what I see in my head onto the page to where it makes some semblance of order posts.

Granted, I'm not going to give up putting what I see in my head on paper because I just can't. You might as well tell me 'Oh btw, Michelle, could you quit breathing for the next few hours?' Won't take long.

Right.

Not gonna happen. That is how writing is with me. But honestly I am still a bit conflicted with the story because it has morphed on me in ways I didn't expect. While at first I thought this was mainly a romance between my lead character and the romantic interest, I'm not sure. I've been asking myself the hard questions this weekend like who has the most to lose? Who is going to have the most growth? As a person? And what lessons are they going to learn on this small journey I'm taking them on. If you've never asked yourself those hard questions, well, I dunno maybe you don't need to? I do, however, and so I've been playing devil's advocate this weekend. All the while writing new words. Or adding to the novel that keeps evolving in my head. But I think I've got the middle part figured out now. So that's a blessing in disguise.

I'm still playing around with BOB and wondering if I should submit it to the Brava Contest. It's a really funny story. I'll post a little excerpt here in a bit. Might be fun.

Revised six other pages.
